Travel back in time and come and enjoy a rural Menorcan experience in Binissuès. You'll see how cheese is made, visit a traditional house and explore its museums.
Discover how rural families and the nobility lived hundreds of years ago in Menorca. Located in a beautiful, remote spot on the island, the different rooms of this unique place will give you an insight into the rural life of the Balearic island.
One of the activities is attending a Menorcan cheese demonstration where you'll see real cheesemongers make some delicious cheeses. You'll also be able to visit the 18th-century Casa Payesa to learn about the daily life of the farm workers and the 19th-century Casa Señorial, where you'll see its many rooms, which have been preserved in their original form.
Binissuès is also home to different museums, such as the Ethnological Collection of everyday tools and utensils and the Natural Science Museum of Menorca, which exhibits more than 8,000 species from the island and around the world.
When making your booking, you'll be able to choose between one of the following options:
This includes access to the Casa Payesa, the Casa Señorial, the Ethnology Museum and Menorca's Natural Science Museum
You can visit these attractions whenever you'd like. These are open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 2 pm. However, please keep in mind that these opening times are flexible and subject to changes.
