Muchas gracias. Translate this opinion into English.

It was great, mainly because our guide won all the awards. It wasn't perfect because we couldn't go inside St. Peter's Square, but that was beyond his control. Even so, Daniel managed to get as close as possible. Thank you so much. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Daniel, the guide, and Patricio, the driver (Great!). An excellent, friendly guide with extensive knowledge of Rome and its history. He took us to almost everything we could see in such a short time and explained everything clearly. Afterward, we went with him to a bar we really enjoyed. Everything was perfect, and my friends left happy with the tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion, the route, and the guide were spectacular. The guide was excellent in all aspects, providing great explanations and demonstrating extensive knowledge; in that respect, he was a 10 out of 10. However, I didn't appreciate that the reservation was made well in advance, guaranteeing the itinerary, and we paid €100 per person. Later, other people arrived and paid €80 each, which I found neither ethical nor fair. I will reconsider booking excursions in the future.

Not a great expericence, there are so many things packed in the tour that you can bearly enjoy each site, tons of people in Rome and every place was super jammed making it very hard to enjoy a "reduced group" experience We were sixteen in the group and it is very hard to stay in the pace of everyone, the tour person was very kind but overall not a pleasent experience after all.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. We understand that the size of the group can impact the enjoyment of the tour. We strive to provide a balance between group size and the quality of the experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

The tour description was totally incorrect. It was a 5 hour walking tour at two stops. Many tours literally drive you to the major points of interest. This tour DOES NOT. It's a ton of walking. Two of our group left the tour and met us at the end to go back to our ship. We also took a cab at the last part as it was too much waking in the heat. I would never have booked this tour if it had been properly described.

The excursion didn't happen. I was notified the day before by email while I was on a cruise with no cell service and no way to find out and react in time. Very poorly managed on your part. By the time I managed to reply to the email, message you on chat, and complain everywhere I could, it took more than three hours to get confirmation of the change to a non-reduced group tour. If I hadn't chased you down, I would have been left on the ship without an excursion, even though you had cancelled it. Then it took another three hours to get the updated voucher. Awful.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide and driver were fine, but I thought that selecting a private tour would mean more privacy, and the van's conditions weren't the best. The air conditioning wasn't working, there was no ventilation in the back, and it was terribly hot and uncomfortable.

Translate this opinion into English.
