The coach arrived late and we arrived in Paris an hour late, without air conditioning and the staff were very unfriendly, to say the least.

The tour was fine, but the guide didn't speak Spanish, even though most of us were Spanish; so we had to use the audio guide... which was incredibly boring.

Overall, it was very good, but there are a couple of things that need improvement: The guides on the bus ride from Disney to Paris barely spoke; they only explained things like meeting points, schedules, and so on, not a word about the route, monuments, or anything. The guide on the way back explained everything in English; he had zero Spanish. On the cruise, they also spoke only English. As for the audio guide, it didn't work; there were a lot of Spanish speakers, and none of us could get it to work. Opinion translated. Show original.

I really liked the cruise. I would have liked them to accompany us afterwards to see the most important sights in Paris by bus. I know there are other bus excursions like this, but I hope there was one that included both things: the cruise and taking us by bus to each monument privately. Thank you. Opinion translated. Gracias Translate this opinion into English.

Clean and modern bus, comfortable trip, guide speaks perfect Spanish and exquisite treatment, good organization with the entrances to the different sites, perhaps the only thing to improve in my opinion is the start time of the rxcourses from the different Disney parks, The pick-up should be earlier to be able to arrive in Paris with more time available. Thank you Opinion translated. Show original.

The information on the website is incorrect. It says you can take the Seine River cruise in your free time, but that's not true. They take you as soon as you arrive. We booked the Eiffel Tower tour, planning to go up as soon as we arrived and then take the cruise. In the end, they let us enter the Eiffel Tower 1:30 later than we had booked, but we could have had to choose between the cruise and going up the Eiffel Tower.

Terrible, the boat had a problem and we were delayed all morning and then when we returned to the hotel the bus was delayed for 1 hour and 15 minutes. We were waiting all that time, 4 degrees outside. For the money it costs, very poor organization, it cannot be that they make us wait so long.

I don't recommend it at all. The guy didn't speak Spanish, you could say he "was broken." He didn't explain anything along the way. He gave us a brochure with the meeting point to get back, and a girl in front of me didn't want to give it to him; she said duperborde: you have everything on your cell phone, but in a bad way, I don't know, we liked the way. The girl told him she wanted one like everyone else and then she gave it to him but in a bad way. The boat was terrible, only in French.

The transfer was good, the guides who picked us up were very friendly. But they didn't explain anything, they just picked you up, told you the meeting point and took you to the boat. I had problems with the boat because the activity indicates that you choose when you want to do it and they take you to the beginning with the rest of the other companies, I had the tickets for the Eiffel Tower at 12:30 so they made us a paper by hand (a post-it) and we chose the time from the ticket man. When we went they made us some problems when we got on, but we got on.
