¡Gracias, Mario! Translate this opinion into English.

Highly recommended. Mario is one of the best guides I've ever had: polite, professional, and with impeccable explanations. We started at Dublin Castle, and throughout the tour, he added extra details that made the visit much more interesting. At Trinity College, he gave us the perfect context to appreciate the Book of Kells, and the Long Room is spectacular. Excellent organization and no queues. Thank you, Mario! Opinion translated. Recomiendo esta actividad 100% Translate this opinion into English.

Best part of our trip so far! Our guide, Alan, was incredible! Kind, knowledge, and enthusiastic about all the sites he took us too. Dublín castle is closed until December due to EU restrictions, however he more than made up for it with unique stops, tips, and stories. Highly recommend :) Ps: we had our almost 5 year old with us and he did great with a sticker book to keep him entertained at the stops.

Translate this opinion into English.

Rosario was lovely and accompanied us on the visit, giving us lots of advice and making it a very pleasant few hours. She encouraged us to savor the experience of visiting such unique places, instead of being so focused on our phones. She took many photos of us and, in general, told us about many interesting places in the city. Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit was good, and Maureen made it very enjoyable and even gave us tips about Dublin. The problem is that the tour isn't worth the price. Trinity College is absolutely worthwhile, but the Dublin Castle portion is completely skippable: it's not open, you only see it from the outside, and that part of the excursion isn't worth it at all. In my opinion, it would have been better to combine Trinity with a tour of the surrounding area.

Sin duda el mejor :) Translate this opinion into English.

It was a very entertaining, interesting, and fun activity, thanks to our guide Mario. He shared many fascinating facts that kept us engaged the whole time (notebook, because the parchment is divided into four equal parts). Definitely the best :) Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The best part was Mario, our guide, very professional and knowledgeable about Dublin, and at the same time, with a great sense of humor. Very entertaining and informative. However, Dublin Castle is closed. You should inform people about this. Despite asking, you didn't tell me the truth. Opinion translated. Show original.

Mario's work as our guide was excellent, thanks to his explanations and mastery of the history, art, and legends of Dublin and Ireland. His generosity and kindness were also noteworthy. However, Civitatis acted deplorably: they charged the full price for an activity that couldn't be completed, as Dublin Castle has been closed for five months and no part of it could be visited.

Translate this opinion into English.

Joaquín, our guide, did an excellent job. However, the tour includes a visit to the castle, which is currently closed until December 31st because it is the seat of the Presidency of the European Community. The library is also practically empty due to book restoration. Both of these issues should have been mentioned in advance or reflected in the price. For these two reasons, we were disappointed.

We regret that it wasn't possible to visit the castle due to the circumstances you encountered on that date. We fully understand that a temporary closure or restoration work can affect the expectations created by the activity description. Although admission to Dublin Castle is not included in the price, we will forward your comment so that the activity information remains up to date. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

First of all, we want to congratulate Jimena on her explanations and interesting facts during the tour. Between July 20th and 24th, Dublin Castle was closed due to the President's visit, so we were unable to see or visit it. Although Jimena adapted the itinerary to make it more engaging, perhaps the tour operator should have contacted us to let us know, as we paid €79 for this activity.

We found the activity very interesting, and our guide told us stories and legends of people who had been associated with Trinity College, as well as providing context for the Book of Kells. However, Dublin Castle was temporarily closed, and there were no alternative tours or activities offered.

The guide was very professional. However, the content of the activity did not match what was offered. The castle was closed for an official event, which you should have been aware of and offered as an alternative. The visit to Trinity College, the library, and the Book of Kells was fine, but the entire tour was supposed to last three hours and it didn't.

Translate this opinion into English.

He's not only professional, with extensive knowledge of everything we visited, but he also knows how to explain things in an engaging, interactive, and surprising way. He even managed to include a teenager. Thank you so much, Mario, for this wonderful experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

You can tell he knows his stuff, and he tries to make it enjoyable without sacrificing historical accuracy. Opinion translated. Show original.

Super recomendable. El castillo no vale nada nada la pena (ni entren después del tour jaja) Translate this opinion into English.

Mario, our guide, was extremely kind; you can tell he is well-prepared and that he loves what he does. He wore a very special outfit for the tour, and I can only imagine how tired he must be with those shoes after walking so many hours every day. We were lucky to have a small group, so he even answered our questions during the library tour. Highly recommended. The castle is not worth it at all (not even to go in after the tour, haha).
