Terrible. The supplier didn't contact us to let us know the pick-up point, so we spent 30 minutes wandering around and ended up without the excursion. Nobody contacted us and the phone number provided didn't answer.

Translate this opinion into English.

I would repeat the excursion a thousand times. The organization was more or less, since they changed the port, and once there we did not appear on the boat skipper's list. He made a call and solved it quickly and we went on his boat, but Civitatis does not operate, it is another operator and from what we saw there is not very good communication. Of course, the activity of 150%, more than recommended. We had a great time, the beautiful islands and the caves too. I would repeat without a doubt. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion is very good, the blue cave and the green cave have spectacular waters and the beach on the island is also very good. I recommend doing it in the morning because of the heat. The transfer back to the hotel was not with the company's shuttle but with public transport; That is not what I had contracted and it does not seem correct to me. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was fantastic. The route, the service, and the boat ride, along with the stops we made, were excellent. Mqrio, our captain, was superb. It's true that we visited the Blue Cave at a bit of high tide and without any sun, but the rest of the stops were still phenomenal. We had a great time. A pleasure, and I don't regret doing this activity at all. Opinion translated. Show original.

The day before the excursion they contacted us for pick-up at the hotel. Perfect, they told us where we had to go for the pickup and they picked us up there. But to our surprise, when we returned we returned to the point where they had left us and upon contacting them when they saw that they did not arrive they told us that they would not take us back to the pick-up point. The excursion program says that they will take us again. Whoever picked us up and the civitatis contact passed on to us.

A voir absolument... Translate this opinion into English.

A first visit to the green caves was average, we expected better. A stop at a fine sandy beach (yes), quite pleasant. But the highlight, which we were looking forward to and was truly worth experiencing, was the exploration of the blue cave, magnificent, it was superb. A must-see... Our skipper, very friendly, even let us dive from the boat into this clear and transparent sea. A delight. An excursion not to be missed... Opinion translated. Show original.

Bien. Translate this opinion into English.

Good. Only that in our civitatis voucher it said that they would pick us up at the hotel (that's how it was) and that they did not return it, (and that was not the case, although our voucher specified it, in the activity it said that they did not return you) there is a small misunderstanding in this point. And that drinks and snacks were served on board, but on the ship there was only drink. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

the activity responded to what was described; The environment is very beautiful, the boat is very good and the skipper is fine. The only flaw is that they picked us up from the hotel at 8:40 to arrive at the port at 9:00 and the boat did not appear until 9:30... and they did not notify us. They also did not offer us the "soft" drinks that were included - to improve. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We always offer the same price as our destination operator. This activity has a higher cost since it includes transportation, English-speaking crew, snorkel equipment, and snacks on board. We do not know the price of the other supplier companies. We are sorry that the experience did not turn out as you expected. Opinion translated. Show original.

Posiblemente no repetiría.

I probably wouldn't do it again. The excursion is not worth the cost. The first stop was very cool because it was the blue cave but the tide was so high that we had to go in diving and I understand that not everyone is capable or would dare. And then we just made another stop in a super seedy town that for our taste had no charm at all. A "beach", a couple of bars and stop counting. There was nothing to do and we got bored. The best thing about the excursion was the boat that was very cool and the guide Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity was good, the beautiful places, but it seems to me that they should clarify that to all the places you have to swim a long way and that there is no bathroom in all the time that it lasts, there was a man who did not know how to swim, a mother with a 5-year-old boy, and another man who did not have the physical condition to be able to swim so much, who spent the entire excursion on top of the boat and lost everything. They do not answer the page number, they do not look for you at the hotel as they say.

Ponía bebida a bordo y no dan, solo sándwich.

They don't take you back to the hotel, a shame, on the way out they give you 30 kuna to take the bus, and they don't even come for the tickets. I put a drink on board and they don't give, just a sandwich. It put snorkel equipment and they don't give, Duration puts 4-5 h and we started late because the boat was not there, duration about 3'5h. The beautiful places but all those fatal details for what it costs

Translate this opinion into English.

Increíble experiencia Translate this opinion into English.

Kolocep is a coastal town without more, but the different caves are well worth visiting. A unique experience snorkeling in the Adriatic Sea and immersing yourself in its caves, including the blue one. During the journey, great atmosphere with drinks, food, and good music in the background. Incredible experience Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The blue cave, the islands and the landscapes are incredible. Our boat "driver" was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that the excursion was 6/6:30 hours and we only did 5, I guess because the weather was not good enough to spend a lot of time in the water. Anyway, I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was, you have the boat transfers and drinks on board, we didn't have snacks. Opinion translated. Show original.
