The tour barely lasted an hour. The guide who picked us up was very friendly and helpful, but he told us he wasn't in favor of doing these excursions during Ramadan because of the chaos in the city, and he was right. The visit to the sites was incredibly brief and without any explanation—just stopping, taking photos, and little else! We only visited three places: the entrance to the Royal Palace, the North Castle, and the South Castle. So I don't recommend this tour; it felt like a rip-off for what they offered.

The guide arrived 45 minutes late to the meeting point, after 10 calls and text messages to the phone number. He arrived angry, saying he'd just been notified of the tour. Starting 45 minutes late meant we obviously missed the sunset. He took us to the north and south castles (both already closed due to the time) and then to a pottery factory where there were no staff left to give the tour, and they gave us a basic explanation in English. We requested a refund.

It wasn't what we agreed on. No guide, no explanations, nothing of interest. I could have done the same thing in a taxi, and it would have been much cheaper. I was interested in the Jewish Quarter, and we went... In short, a disaster and a rip-off.

Said was a 10/10 driver-guide. The tour was almost private. He explained everything in great detail and with great respect. The explanations were extensive, without being filled with details that sometimes became boring. The tour took place in a minban and made several stops. It also included a stop at a ceramics factory where they kindly showed you the process. Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

This tour is interesting, because you see the least known part of Fez. Our guide has given us some very interesting explanations, and the views of the city from the viewpoints are impressive. The visit to the ceramic factory was also very illustrative. Opinion translated. Show original.

If you have time to spare, it never hurts. But if you visit the Jewish quarter before on your own, it already lacks interest, since you visit that and the two viewpoints. Civitatis asks you to be at the place 15 minutes before, and when you are in the area waiting, without internet, and you see that the guide does not arrive at the same time or at the scheduled departure time, even if it is only a few minutes, it makes you have a hard time . We have had this experience in the two tours we have done, the guides arrive on time or late.

Translate this opinion into English.

We understand the inconvenience of the situation. We are sorry if the guide could not arrive at the meeting point exactly at the indicated time and that you had to wait a few minutes. Even so, our local team usually informs the participants to keep them up to date. We are sorry if this was not the case. We will be watching the service to confirm that it develops properly. Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is not as in the description. Neither the route nor the time is what you have paid for. The worst of all is that it is a tour to see the sunset and you do not see it, since the viewpoint where they take you closes at 5:00 p.m. However, the guide has been impressive, super attentive and dedicating more time than we have paid to compensate for the disorganization of Civitatis. Thanks for everything Abdul! Opinion translated. Show original.

Excellent tour because it allows you to see Fez from a distance. The explanations and information from the guide, who is trained in tourism, are unbeatable. I included the invisible experience of visiting a handicraft factory, which was very good, but it's not worth buying anything because it's very expensive compared to the medina. Without a doubt, the guide and the views are the best. Opinion translated. Show original.
