Looking to travel back to your childhood? How about showing the youngest amongst you some of the most special toys in the world? The Toy Museum of Catalonia is the best place to venture into a magical universe where toys become the greatest protagonists.
Found in the heart of Figueras, the Toy Museum of Catalonia is home to one of the most surprising toy collections in the world. Did you know that it features some that used to belong to, amongst others, Anna María and Salvador Dalí?
With your ticket, you'll get to see the playthings of these 2 siblings, as well as other unique pieces, like tin lithograph toys, a model of an analogue railway, carton and porcelain dolls, and toys related to cinema, such as zoetropes.
Additionally, this museum in Figueras houses an exclusive collection of Mexican marionettes that were once owned by Frida Kahlo, Jacqueline Lamba, and André Breton. Considered one of the world's most important toy museums, this exhibition is perfect for enjoying a unique experience as you let your imagination fly.
During the booking process, you'll get to choose a ticket which includes an audio guide in English, the ideal option to uncover the stories hidden behind each and every toy you see in the museum.
