Translate this opinion into English.

The journey to Formentera was beautiful, the service was very friendly, we didn't have to wait long, and you can board every half hour both ways. We loved it. Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

5* Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent experience. Staff at the counter and on board were available and provided clear information. We made the reservation online, saved the ticket with the QR code on our phone, and accessed the boat without any problem. The trips did not have fixed dates or times, with only a date on the ticket that I believe is its validity, which is another advantage. Calm journey with a constant feeling of safety, even if occasionally there is some wave action, mainly caused by the passage of other vessels. 5* Opinion translated. Show original.

I travelled with my partner

Todo sin problemas Translate this opinion into English.

Although many comments said that you had to show your reservation so they could print your ticket, in my case it was not necessary. With the QR they sent me I was able to get on the ferry. After asking the staff if it was possible to take an earlier return trip, they told me yes and showed me the schedules. Everything without problems Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I made the first reservation from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., but later I wanted to spend another hour in Formentera, that is, return time 8:30 p.m., I sent a query and they told me that it could not be changed now, that if I had return time 19:30 that I had to return at that time. I canceled the reservation and rebooked with the new return time being totally unnecessary since the ticket is open and you can take the ferry at any time you want (they leave every half hour or so). Very bad agent. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Great, over there you can see posters for almost 40 euros and with Civitatis we got 36. We went on a super big boat, which made me happy since I'm not very convinced about boats either and on the way back it was a smaller one but I don't know much about it. difference the 2 moved little and took half an hour. Translate this opinion into English.

The boat is quite spacious and how it stops the journey, this being a somewhat short journey, which is more comfortable. The main negative part of this was that he booked for an hour and then checked out 45 minutes later. In addition, the instructions to redeem this activity are not reflected, you find out once you arrive at the destination. Otherwise, good price and good boat experience! Opinion translated. Tarragona Translate this opinion into English.

All perfect! We arrived at the port earlier and were able to catch the boat before the scheduled time, on the way back the same. The only downside is that with the civitatis voucher you cannot access the boat directly, you first have to go to the Balearia office to have the QR code printed to get on the boat. Translate this opinion into English.

EL PROCESO DE RESERVA ES RAPIDO Y AL INSTANTE NOS ENVIARON EL BONO DE BALEARIA. 3 DIAS DESPUES DE RESERVAR NOS ENVIARON EL LOCALIZADOR DE BALEARIA CUMPLIENDO CON EL PLAZO DE 72 HORAS DESDE QUE SE HACE LA RESERVA. ANTES DE COGER EL FERRY HAY QUE PASAR POR LAS TAQUILLAS DE BALEARIA QUE HAY EN EL PUERTO DE IBIZA DONDE NOS DIERON, ADEMAS DEL BILLETE DE IDA, TAMBIEN EL DE VUELTA. A LA HORA DE IR A LAS TAQUILLAS SOLO NOS PIDIERON EL LOCALIZADOR, EL BONO NO HIZO FALTA. MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA. Translate this opinion into English.

THE RESERVATION PROCESS IS FAST AND INSTANTLY THEY SENT US THE BALEARIA VOUCHER. 3 DAYS AFTER BOOKING, THEY SENT US THE BALEARIA LOCATOR, COMPLYING WITH THE DEADLINE OF 72 HOURS SINCE THE RESERVATION WAS MADE. BEFORE TAKING THE FERRY, YOU MUST PASS THROUGH THE BALEARIA TICKET OFFICE IN THE PORT OF IBIZA, WHERE THEY GAVE US, IN ADDITION TO THE ONE-WAY TICKET, ALSO THE RETURN TICKET. AT THE TIME OF GOING TO THE BOX OFFICE THEY ONLY ASKED US FOR THE LOCATOR, THE VOUCHER WAS NOT NEEDED. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything has been perfect. Although a specific time is requested for the boat to and from, you can take any boat at any time. When you go through the Balearia ticket office in Ibiza with the locator, they already give you the i/v tickets. Fast boats 30 mins. Great management by Civitatis and Balearia. Highly recommended. Translate this opinion into English.

Great activity! A little complicated to find the meeting point to get the tickets. You have to go really close to the boats. Remember to cover up if you leave early in the morning, the sky can be foggy and the air cool with the wind on the boat. Opinion translated. Show original.

Perfect and fast journey. On the way out we were there an hour before as indicated in the mail and we were able to catch the ferry that was about to leave (half an hour before our turn). Although on the way back we did not arrive at 8:00 p.m. and we had to wait until 9:00 p.m. for a new ferry. Friendly crew, plenty of room to sit and even a mini bar. Opinion translated. Excelente. Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent. We booked the outward journey for 11am, but due to traffic we did not arrive on time and we were able to get on the boat at 11.30am. It would be much easier if we did not have to go through ticket offices in the port, simply with the email and a QR code, to speed up the times. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything went well, punctual, easy, the trip was quick... But I think it doesn't make sense to ask people to be there 1 hour early, since it takes 1 minute to exchange the ticket and then you have to wait 1 hour, when arriving 10 minutes early is enough... Opinion translated. Show original.

Cosas buenas y malas…

Good and bad things... Good: you can take the boat at any time you want, there is always space. Bad: it says it takes 30 minutes. On the way there, it took us 45 minutes, and on the way back, we were put on a huge boat (the ferry that transports vehicles) and it took more than 1 hour. It wasn't the sea's fault, which was perfect.

The boat left on time, it was comfortable and the measurements by the covid were correct. What I did not like is that the sterile part was very small, and most of us wanted to be there to be outdoors and be able to see the views, the top part was closed, not if it is normal, but being able to access the top would have been an excellent rating Opinion translated.

When we arrived at the Balearia ticket office, they gave us problems to exchange the purchase in tickets for the half-hour ferry, since they said that our locator was associated with the ferry that lasts one hour, and that it is cheaper. Finally from the ticket office they sorted it out and gave us the correct tickets. Until it could be solved, I was calling the civitatis customer service phone for half an hour without any response. How to go in a hurry ...

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour has been very good, we have been treated very well. The ferry is super Punctual, and everything was well organized. As for when you get there, they do not tell you where the ticket offices are until you ask, in order to validate your tickets and obtain them physically. The boat, to be honest, moves quite a bit, and tides a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary, only at certain times that it was going quite fast. In general, the experience has been very good, they take your temperature before entering. Opinion translated. Show original.
