Gracias

The guide was waiting for us at the door of the Dolmabahçe clock, 0 Spanish as indicated by the activity. The rest with audio guide and correct. But we never found out when the visit ended because after entering the Harem, he said goodbye to all of us who made up the group, he didn't. How humble opinion Spanish is one of the most spoken languages. Bear that in mind. Thank you

The truth is that it was very good. The place was beautiful, the organization was great. Everything was very well planned. Perhaps they could give the explanations with a person who speaks some Spanish to be able to understand certain organizational aspects during the event. (We are not fluent in English and although we asked, it was difficult for us to guess aspects such as "where to meet at the end of each step" and the duration of the schedule... We knew that the talk was in English, but we hoped that we could interact with the guide. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was good but they had told us that there were no guides inside the palace and there were several. It's a shame that there is no guide in Spanish. Our guide arrived late, gave a quick presentation of the palace in English and did not enter with us. We took the tour with audio guides as advertised by Civitatis. They could improve this term. The spectacular palace! It is worth knowing it.

A tour is offered with a guide in English and other languages but in truth, they do not have a guide in other languages, they simply give you the audio guide that is rented in the Palace to the general public but they charge you the price of the total tour. It is much more convenient to pay the entrance fee and rent an audio guide on your own. For those who do not speak English, the tour is a fraud

The guide does not enter the palace with us. He gives us a brief explanation before entering and then tells us that we have the option of taking audio guides. He tells us that inside the palace you cannot visit with a guide of more than 5 people and during the visit two large groups with guides have passed by, and the security has not told them anything.

The guide was very well educated, one of the best, punctual and very professional, but he didn't speak any Spanish, he gave an explanation in English and I didn't understand everything, I would have liked to have understood the entire explanation that he gave us, thank you.

Very bad. The description of the activity is not representative of reality. The guide does not speak Spanish. He does not accompany you during the visit, he only gives you an introduction at the beginning. The audio guides are included with the standard entrance to the Palace. In other words, why do we pay 15€ more than the normal entrance? For a 20-minute introduction in English? My first disappointment with CIvitatis!!!!! ….especially because the explanation is ambiguous and misleading.
