The experience went badly from the start. The pre-booked activity was canceled the day before by the organizing company. They offered us a change, a shorter activity for less money, which we accepted so we wouldn't miss out on something at sea. Ultimately, the 1.5-hour activity lasted barely an hour, the boat wasn't a catamaran but a motorboat, and the cafeteria literally opened 10 minutes before we were due to return to port.

The catamaran trip was a major disappointment because we couldn't swim in the open sea due to a broken anchor. We were stuck for over an hour in the sweltering heat, waiting for them to fix it, but they couldn't, so we had to return to port. The boat was very old and poorly maintained.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the anchor issue, which prevented us from swimming in the open sea as usual. We understand the disappointment this situation may have caused, especially given the waiting time while we tried to resolve the problem. However, the rest of the activity proceeded as normal. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue to improve. Opinion translated. Show original.

The location needs to be clearer! Because when you get to the green lighthouse, there's nothing there—just the end of the breakwater, and it's not what you expect...maybe you should explain the meeting place better... The sailors—excellent! The route is very beautiful—except that when we left the bay, there were quite a few waves and I was quite seasick! The swim—spectacular! It feels wonderful.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was very good, we were able to swim on the boat while they had the barbecue. The treatment was excellent. Perhaps specific information about the places visited was missing through the catamaran's public address system. In short, the experience was rewarding. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The ride was fine, the views were very nice, but the photos of the catamaran in the ad have nothing to do with the catamaran that we had. Ours was very large, without sails, a kind of ferry in which, depending on the capacity, you have to go inside watching the sea from the windows... Mundo Marino must better manage expectations because we hired the trip precisely for the catamaran experience and it was not what we we got… Opinion translated. Show original.

The sea was quite rough and there were also jellyfish but that cannot be controlled. It was a beautiful experience accompanied by a lot of biodramina ️ However, I would have liked that, instead of anchoring so deep (12m), to do it in a place closer to the coastal rock to enjoy more snorkeling seeing the seabed.

The activity was not exactly as advertised, there were hardly any explanations apart from a group of girls having a bachelorette party, which was a bit strange... we had a great time and enjoyed it a lot, but it wasn't exactly what we booked. Very punctual and friendly, though.

The activity was fine, but it's normal, even though it's prohibited, for the crew to smoke on the boat, and they often allow and hang around someone smoking joints. Especially when there are children like our 20-year-old daughter. It's inconceivable, and the company should be monitoring these details. All the good things Mundo Marino offers fall apart with the considerable carelessness of the onboard staff.

Translate this opinion into English.
