Good tour of the Old City with a good guide (Avi). Even better is the Palestinian guide who did the Bethlehem tour (George), who organized the very well-coordinated visit so that we could enter the cave of Jesus' birth, which is not always possible. The only drawback of the tour is the same as always, they take you to stores that you might not even enter and the food is always where the tour decides although the price is not included. Good activity, we start with Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity. The explanations were very interesting and accurate. Later we went to eat at a dining room run by the Franciscans. It wasn't expensive and it was quite good and filling. And finally to Jerusalem, visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the wailing wall, etc. Recommended to understand this city. Although if you can stay a day or two more it is worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

I really liked the first guide, the Palestine guide not so much, I felt that he forced us to leave money in the shops and he took us to a buffet restaurant that the food was lousy after asking for tips for the guides and the driver when the tour cost almost €100 for each person Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The guide, Yonatan, went out of his way to give us all the necessary information (in a fun and entertaining way) offering an unbiased view of the political situation in the country. In addition, he was very kind when answering the group's questions. Lunch (paid separately) was very good. The only thing we would have liked to spend more time in Bethlehem to, for example, visit the Banksy graffiti. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We really liked Erez (the guide for the Jerusalem part) and also Mariane, who guided us in Bethlehem. It begins with the view from Mount Scopus, with an overview of the city and its history. The entire visit is impressive, and it is very well designed to visit the main sites of historic Jerusalem and that other world that is Bethlehem in a short time. Lunch very good. Bad service at the Mount Scopus bar at the start of the tour, a long line of half an hour to have a coffee! Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity is correct, but two stops on the itinerary that I would like to reclaim have been skipped: the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. Much of the group has warned the guide to remedy it, he has told us that the route was that, but our program does not indicate the same and now we have to go another day to those places on our own. In Bethlehem, it should be noted that we have spent 1 hour waiting for part of the group that was in the restaurant, instead of visiting

The best: The guide from Jerusalem, Issi, was very good. The worst: they are not punctual at the time of the pick-up, we lost a lot of time waiting and while they organized pick-ups and groups, they force you to eat in a restaurant that is not good for €25, the guide from Belén did not speak Spanish well and they take you to a souvenir shop. Warning: the activity is not carried out by Civitatis. Subcontract to another tour company and the organization is a bit of a disaster.

Translate this opinion into English.

FIN

If you're someone who's never traveled before, you might be surprised. But from the time you start until you reach the first interesting stop, you've wasted two hours. They kept you in a souvenir shop for 45 minutes, then 30 minutes waiting for a clock at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, and they didn't show you anything else. The entire Jerusalem area is very limited. They only visit four places: Jaffa, the Wall, the Via Dolorosa, and the Holy Sepulchre. And you lose another 30 minutes for food, which isn't included. THE END

The guide was friendly and explained well but we spent more time in shops than seeing important monuments such as the Holy Sepulchre. I think hours need to be managed better.
