The experience in the field was as I expected, very sad but necessary to honor the people who were concentrated and exterminated there. The guide Natalia rushed us through everything, we passed quickly through the rooms and almost ran in Bikernau, there was no time to see the photos or look at the signs. Also, it is not true that they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel, close yes but not at the hotel. It has been a bit disappointing what was contracted versus what was received from the organization. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It's important to clarify from the start that they don't pick you up directly from the hotel, even though they advertise it that way. There are two pick-up points, and that's it. The visit was incredibly interesting, and our guide in the countryside, Margarita, explained everything perfectly. It was helpful that they gave us headphones so we could hear everything and not miss a thing. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was excellent, starting with the bus driver and Margarita, our guide on the journey. Aneta, our field guide, was outstanding. It's an impressive and deeply moving experience; it's hard not to be touched. It's terrible to witness the atrocities that human beings are capable of committing. Regarding the organization, the departure was delayed by an hour, but in this case, it didn't bother me at all. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide, despite not having perfect Spanish, was professional and friendly. However, on the bus, the woman only spoke English and just shrugged when we asked questions (we almost missed the bus because of our poor English). I think the organizers should at least provide brochures in the language we've booked for the most essential information.

Translate this opinion into English.

They were very punctual with the hotel pickup. Our guide, Miguel (his name in Spanish), was very friendly and accompanied us to both camps. The drive takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the tour lasts about 3.5 hours. There's a lot of walking involved, but it's well worth coming at least once in your life. It's incredibly moving.

The tour itself, both in terms of content and the guide's explanations, was good. It met our expectations in that regard. What we didn't like was the drastic change in schedule. Our reservation was for a 9:00 AM hotel pickup, but they changed it to 5:00 AM. This left us feeling unsettled for the entire day. I don't understand the reason, especially since we saw other groups arriving later, according to the original schedule we had booked. We were among the first to arrive.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very good experience. Tomás was an excellent guide: he led the tour with great professionalism, and his explanations were clear, interesting, and historically accurate. The only thing to note is that the schedule can vary depending on demand. We had booked the 7:00 AM departure, but it ended up being at 6:10 AM. Pick-up was at the hotel, but not the return. Even so, we definitely recommend the tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

First, they changed our tour time. Then, when we arrived, they split us into two groups, and we had the misfortune of getting Natalia. I say misfortune because she does her own thing, doesn't wait around, and only explains the bare minimum. So, if you end up with this company and Natalia as your guide, change groups.

100% recomendable. Gracias Translate this opinion into English.

It was an unforgettable experience. Firstly, because of what it means to be there, on the very ground where so much pain and destruction occurred. Secondly, Tomás is an absolutely wonderful guide, dedicated to ensuring that everyone experienced and understood the history in detail, with a level of specificity, empathy, responsibility, and respect that makes you want to repeat the experience. 100% recommended. Thank you. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour operator was extremely punctual, the tour leader was efficient and available for any information or need. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was a bit rushed, but I don't think it was due to the organization, but rather to the large number of visitors (luckily, there are still so many people who are interested and attentive!). The Auschwitz museum guide was very knowledgeable and had the right attitude to explain the extermination. Opinion translated. Show original.

LAMENTABLE

The activity was excellent, and we especially want to highlight the Spanish-speaking guide (whose name we don't know). She was very attentive to the symbolic significance of the place and very informative; she was also willing to address every question raised. We want to give her special recognition and regret not knowing her name. We felt it was disrespectful to those of us who booked the tour in Spanish that the bus guide, responsible for communications during the journeys, ONLY spoke English. REGRETTABLE.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

We had a guide on the bus who was very pleasant, explained the basics even though the rules are already mentioned in writing beforehand. The bus driver, not knowing the language, stayed silent, not even a hello hehe, but he drove well and cautiously, which is the important thing. Once we were in the fields, we had a girl guide who explained everything perfectly, and she counted how many of us there were at all times to make sure no one was left behind. Everything was great, keep in mind that it lasts 7 hours. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was well organized; most people received their entrance tickets, including us. For the others, we had to wait for an hour, which wasted valuable time. And we only spent a few minutes at Birckenau. Anyway, kudos to the guide for how she handled the situation. Opinion translated. Show original.

Esperienza unica e toccante. Translate this opinion into English.

I am so grateful to the guide, whose comments evoked emotions that are almost impossible to describe. Thank you for offering us this service. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Translate this opinion into English.

Without a doubt, she is the guide everyone would want to have on such a visit. Totally recommendable! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Comfortable coach, attentive driver, and well-informed Italian-speaking guide. This excursion is an ideal way to visit these places and learn more about their history. As clearly stated before and after booking, the chosen time is approximate and subject to change, and unfortunately, in our case too, it was significantly moved up to 5:15 AM. The guide was not particularly friendly and offered no assistance for personal issues that arose during the trip. Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit is well organized: the problem, as in other experiences I have participated in, is the timing because it is always changed. What is the point of having a choice of times during booking if the appointment is then consistently changed, especially moved earlier???
