On this visit to a biodynamic farm in Lazise, we'll learn about this recently popular type of agriculture and taste delicious wines made without chemicals!
Gianni and Lucia, the owners of La Pesenata farm, will be waiting for you at the indicated time at the entrance of their farm to welcome you to their little world! We'll learn the essential elements of a biodynamic farm and how this farming couple maintains their farm located south of Lake Garda.
Do you want to discover what the secret is to maintaining and making the most of their farm located to the south of Lake Garda? We'll learn all about exactly that as we learn about the essential elements in biodynamic farming.
During the tour of the estate, Gianni and Luca will explain the main principles of biodynamic farming, which has become very popular in recent years. This type of farming is characterized by the absence of pesticides and other chemical elements, which are substituted by naturally occurring treatments, and by the influence of astrology on farming and livestock practices.
We'll tour the vineyards and the apiary, and see the chickens, donkeys, and ponies that live on the farm. After the tour, we'll all sit together for a tasting of 4 biodynamic wines, such as Chiaretto or Bardolino, accompanied by cured meats and cheeses from Verona. Did you know that these wines are made without any chemical products and with a minimum of sulfites?
Finally, after 2 hours, we'll conclude the experience and say our goodbyes.
