I think charging 26 euros just to visit the cloister is outrageous. I initially thought there was more to it than that. Plus, if you buy tickets there, they're only 18 euros. That's a big difference, even if you try to avoid queues, which wasn't my experience.

I went on a tour through a travel agency with an audio guide, but honestly, I expected more inside. There was a lot of historical information, but few views. It was a shame that the exterior was under construction; we couldn't at least see the facade, which was explained in the audio guide, and we couldn't go into the church because it was mass time. There were specific times for that, and we didn't have to wait in any more lines.

I don't recommend it. The audio guides weren't working and nobody offered a solution. We paid for them for nothing.

Translate this opinion into English.

I really enjoyed the Monastery, but the ticket didn't grant access to the Monastery church. The line was separate. For anyone interested in visiting the church, it's advisable to do some research, as we only had access to the Monastery. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was a horrible experience. I bought two tickets. I only received one ticket, the QR Code almost at the time of entry, when I tried to go in there was only one ticket, I tried to talk to the chat without success. After countless attempts to contact without success, I had to go in and my sister did not enter, she was left alone at the door.

This is not the first time I've experienced this with these vendors: they tell you they have availability for the day you select, they make you book, you pay, and after a few hours you receive a message that the reservation for that date/time is no longer available, and they give you other options on different days. Moreover, they inflate the prices a lot: for the palace and cathedral we paid 28.8 euros each.

They are under construction and the audio that accompanies the tour is much more complete than what they let on. It doesn't seem like these doors, for example, are updated as none of them are open.
