A must-see for fans. An overwhelming number of sets, costumes, figures... It's an activity that requires more time than indicated. It's best to bring your own food since the restaurant in the center of the tour is packed and you waste a lot of time... but don't miss the butterbeer at the bar at the back. Opinion translated.

Honestly, it was very unprofessional. They picked us up at the meeting point, bought our tickets, took us to the site, and then left—that was it. They didn't help me with the audio guide, and they didn't even say goodbye. They just left us there like a package, and that was it. I don't see it as acceptable, but that's my opinion as a business owner.

The place is spectacular, but the fact that a tour guide doesn't know any languages...

We booked the train trip, which meant we spent more time there, and they took us on a very old bus and it took ages.

Translate this opinion into English.

We can confirm that, due to an unforeseen train strike, the local team had to arrange a private bus transfer to ensure you arrived at the studios on time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion consists of meeting a person who accompanies you to take a train and then buys the tickets at the ticket office. Doing it yourself costs £60 for entry and £11.5 for the train. With this excursion, I spent £135. You draw your own conclusions. It was the only way to enter the Studios, which sell tickets to agencies and do not leave any for those who want to do it on their own -.- The Studios are a museum, nice but for those who have been to Universal, there is no comparison.

Recomendada. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was very good, although the tour was in English and I don't speak it very well, the girl who guided us was always very nice and attentive to make me feel comfortable. I liked that she gave us a lot of freedom to enjoy the Harry Potter studios as we liked. Recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity itself is perfect but I don't understand the point of hiring anything, the only thing they do is show you the way from the station to take the train and then a bus to the studios, it is absurd and very expensive. It makes no sense for them to intervene at all.
