Witness the changes that Spain's capital has experienced over history on this virtual reality tour in Madrid. You'll be amazed by what you see!
Have you ever wondered what Madrid was like in the past? Let the city come to life! We'll meet at Plaza de Oriente, number 8, at the time indicated and start a virtual reality tour in Madrid. See how the city has changed over time!
By putting on the virtual reality glasses, we'll travel back in time and see firsthand the changes that have happened to the most important sites in Madrid. Firstly, we'll head to the Plaza de Oriente, home to the Visigoths and Christians. Thanks to a bird flying in the sky, we'll discover the secrets of ancient Madrid as you've never seen it before.
We'll continue exploring the streets of the Spanish capital by passing the Almudena Cathedral and the Patio de Armas in the Royal Palace. King Felipe V himself will tell us all about this building! Our next stop will be Plaza de la Villa, where we'll learn about Habsburg Madrid. We'll stroll to Plaza Mayor, one of the spots in the city that has seen the most change.
Nearby, we'll find Manuela Malasaña, who will explain what the French invasion on 2nd May 1808 was like in the Puerta del Sol. Finally, we'll reach Plaza de Callao to see the busiest street in Madrid.
After 2 hours of exploring, we'll say our goodbyes and end this tour.
