A very interesting express visit, it involves many hours in a van, but it allows you to discover many places in a few days. Our tour driver was Hassan, very pleasant and fun. For the transport to Fez, we had Yahya, who was also very kind and very patient, we would repeat with him! As a point for improvement, it would be good if they told you from the beginning that the return from the desert, if you want to do it by car, you have to pay; if you don't want to pay, you can return by dromedary. Translate this opinion into English.

An unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to Omar, our driver-guide, for his attentiveness, kindness, patience, and the care he showed us at all times, explaining each and every one of our questions. It's a tour with many hours in the car, but once you're on the golden sands of the desert, all those hours are forgotten. The transportation was very comfortable, and the stops were just right to give our legs and backs a break. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Omar, for sharing this experience of your country. Recomiendo mucho tomar este tour Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was wonderful. Amin is an excellent guide with a lot of experience and knowledge. The places were amazing. I wish there was more time in the desert for photos. I'll definitely do it again, but I'll do the two-day tour. I highly recommend this tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Muchas gracias Translate this opinion into English.

Good morning, the experience is highly recommended. We had a problem with the car on the first day and they changed it for us without any issues. The tour guides Ali and Younes were excellent, and we want to emphasize Younes' professionalism; he was attentive to our family at all times. I think you should mention in the tour description that most places don't accept any type of card. Another option would be to include meals in the price. Thank you very much. Opinion translated. Recomendo! Very very good experience. Everything is very well organised. Although there is a lot of car, on the way the views are great. Our driver to Merzouga, Ismael, and the one to Fez, Hasan, were both extremely friendly and explained everything super well. Both also drove super safely. All the stops on the way were very nice and the short stay in Merzouga was even better than expected.

Translate this opinion into English.

The group of people we were with made the three days a lot of fun. The food that wasn't included was the same price as in Spain, €12-13 per person, and you don't have the option of choosing another place to eat because there aren't any other options where you stop. I think they offer a set menu with prices geared towards tourists, which I don't think is right. The food was just okay in terms of quality; we ate at much better places for half the price. The time spent in the desert, among the dunes, is 12 hours. Opinion translated. Show original.

The experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was very well organized, every place chosen along the way to Mersouga: the restaurants, the riad in Dades, the camp in Mersouga—all were very satisfactory. I must highlight the professionalism of our driver and guide, Hamid: we felt truly well taken care of. The transfer from Mersouga to Fez was also excellent; it was in a large taxi with a driver and guide who spoke Spanish. Yahya was extremely responsible with all the passengers. Opinion translated. Eu recomendo o passeio! Translate this opinion into English.

Es realmente muy carismático, y gentil Translate this opinion into English.

The accommodations, breakfast, and dinner were very good. However, our experience with our guide, Ali, was not entirely pleasant. His driving was very reckless, we stopped at many shops, and we didn't have guided tours of the places of interest. He booked all the meals without asking us, and they were in places where there was nothing else nearby (we imagine he was getting a commission). We liked the first restaurant, but the next two were a rip-off. We told him so, and he got very angry.

Our driver and guide, Mohammed, was excellent. You spend a lot of time in the van, and even though you stop every two hours, it gets very tiring. The places where we stopped for lunch were expensive tourist buffets, and the food was poor quality. On the first day, they picked us up at 7:30 a.m. to get us to our accommodation at 5:30 p.m., a place with nothing to do until dinner. Perhaps if they picked us up a little later, it wouldn't be so tiring. It's a lot of kilometers to cover for less than 12 hours (including the night) in the desert.

A unique experience, a little tiring due to the distance, but well worth it. Our guide, Ibrahin, from Marrakech to Merzoruga, was very friendly and cheerful. The hotel in the valley was beautiful and comfortable. The tent in the desert was good, with a private bathroom, and the food was delicious. At night, they have a bonfire to connect with the other camps. The camel trek offers spectacular views of the Sahara. Mohamed, our driver, treated us exceptionally well. He provided clear and consistent explanations, was incredibly hospitable, and always attentive and helpful. The experience itself was very good, although it's true that communication between Civitatis and its suppliers could be improved. In our case, we indicated that there were two vegetarians (and this was also an option when booking), but they weren't aware of it. Thanks to Mohamed's prompt communication, it was eventually taken into account. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I wish everyone in their lives and excursions a MOHA KARAOUI. He helped and accompanied us in everything, always there to teach you and answer whatever you need. I stayed in a standard camp, with a bathroom inside the tent, towels, soap, and shampoo. There was also Wi-Fi. Since I didn’t agree to ride a dromedary, they took me into the desert by truck. It was more than incredible, and I hope you get a group like ours, which became family for three days. Opinion translated. Show original.
