Consigliatissimo! Translate this opinion into English.

I booked a group tour, but it ended up being a private tour: a car with a dedicated driver. We were shown the city in detail, with numerous photo stops at places of interest. The driver, besides being very knowledgeable and helpful, supported us and showed us the sights with great passion. The best tour I've ever taken. Highly recommended! Opinion translated. LA PERO EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO EN UNA EXCURSION TODO EL TIEMPO QUE LLEVO VIAJANDO EN EL TOUR POR MIAMI, ESTUVIMOS CON ALEJANDRO DE NACIONALIDAD COLOMBIANA, EL CUAL EN LA ULTIMA PARADA QUE ERA EN EL DESCANSO DE COMIDA EN LA PAQUEÑA HABANA NOS DIJO DONDE TENIAMOS QUE IR A COMER Y DE LOS 10 DEL GRUPO FUIMOS 8 A COMER, EL SITIO ESTABA BASTANTE LLEVO POR LO QUE TARDARON BASTANTE EN SERVIRNOS, POR LO QUE LLEGAMOS 6 MINUTOS TARDE AL PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO Y NOS ENCONTRAMOS CON QUE SE HABIA IDO .

The worst experience I've ever had on an excursion in all the time I've been traveling on the Miami tour. We were with Alejandro, a Colombian national, who told us where we had to go to eat at the last stop, which was during the lunch break in La Pequeña Habana. Out of the 10 in the group, only 8 of us went. The place was quite busy, so it took a long time to serve us. We arrived 6 minutes late to the meeting point and found that he had already left.

Buenos días x distintas causas llegamos 5 minutos tarde .

Good morning. Due to various reasons, we arrived 5 minutes late. The operator changed the tour without notifying us, so we missed the activity. We had to go on our own, and after arguing with them, they left our Overglades tickets at the park.

Terrible, and after complaining they did nothing. Instead of the guide showing up at the assigned area, he told us he couldn't make it, and we had to walk an hour to meet him. Then we went back to the starting point to wait another 30 minutes for another couple who never showed up… but the tour wasn't extended; it finished at the same time. It's awful to complain to Civitatis and then see that they do absolutely nothing. The boats were very, very unreliable. Save your money and do everything on your own.

Translate this opinion into English.

The most comprehensive tour I've ever taken in the city! I was lucky enough to have Alejandro as my guide, who showed us the highlights of Miami in an exceptional way. He also showed us the wildlife in the Everglades, where we saw the Florida wildlife! Highly recommended when you visit the city! Opinion translated. Show original.

This tour is great for getting a general idea of Miami and then another day visiting some of the places you liked the most in more depth. The distances are very long and it is good to take a general tour by car. The visit to the Everglades is good, the show is quite poor but the airboat ride is worth it. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

We talked the whole way with him and he explained a lot of things to us about the activity and what it's like to live there. We spent a very pleasant morning with him. We did the second part with Alfonso, he was also a very good guide but I expected the excursion in a different way, the entire route is done by car and you miss a lot of things. You stop at a couple of places for photos, but something done on foot would have been nice. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Alfonso has been a wonderful guide, concerned about us at all times and explaining many things to us. I hope you have the luck to play with him. The Everglades are impressive, we saw several alligators and birds typical of the area. Thanks for everything! Opinion translated. Show original.

Mr. Fernando was very kind and communicative. He explained a lot about the city and even almost gave us a city tour. The activity was very good. But Mr. Fernando added more value to it.

The tour of Miami is a little too fast, maybe to anticipate the departure of an hour. It must be said that we happened on the day of the super bowl for which closed roads and crazy traffic. The excursion to Evergrade beautiful but I expected to see more movements in the water than the alligators that instead seem almost fake so much they are still Opinion translated. Show original.
