Excellent disposition of the "guide" but for a paid tour I lacked content of the guide of the stories, it seemed to me more like a person who processes and speeds up to get to the places, equally an excellent person because he guided me to go to other places

The guide was not very communicative. She just took us to both cities, explained the basics and then said "meet us at such and such time here." She was new, apparently, but she was still very much in the know. There was no option to get tickets to go up the Tower, so we couldn't (she told us we could go buy them but it was a waste of time). There was also a problem with the train that left us at the wrong stop, we had to take a bus (paying separately) but she couldn't explain what happened.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guides provide as much information as possible during the visit, trying to make the stay in each of the places on the tour as enriching as possible. Considering the number of places visited, the guides usually make recommendations so that each visit is made as much as possible, and the tour can be done on time. We have confirmed that the guide offered you a small stop at an extra place that had to be done by bus, but this was completely optional. We are sorry if the information was not clear enough, and we take note in order to continue improving the service we offer. Opinion translated. Show original.

The cities are great, and the Tour of them is great. But it is too short, in a city like Florence it has not been possible to spend more than 2 hours in it, there is barely enough time to see three things. If you want to enter the Duomo to one of its galleries, you already waste all your time on a single activity. The activity should be changed to visit a single city, possibly by bus, facilitating time flexibility. We have spent more time on trains than in cities.

The guide only accompanied us on the train, and on the way back, he didn't even do that properly. His phone died; he had no idea which train we were taking back, neither the seats nor the carriage. He sat us wherever he wanted and got us off at the second stop. We were embarrassed for not doing things correctly. In both Florence and Pisa, he accompanied us to the city center and left us alone, telling us that to go to those places, we'd have to know history or buy books.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity itself lacks a bit more synchronization of times, due to the large number of people, when you arrive in the cities, everything goes very fast walking quickly from the stations and when you arrive you do not have time to get tickets if you want to visit something, long queues, even the cathedral of Florence could not be visited because it closed upon our arrival, there is no time to eat.
