The art gallery itself is a marvel that left us enchanted. Perhaps a few more signs at the entrance wouldn't have hurt, as there were neither staff to direct us nor any signs to guide us to the museum entrance. Although the audio guide was sent to me several times in another language, they corrected it when we started, and it was in our language, so that was great. I highly recommend visiting it; it's very beautiful if you love painting. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had no problem getting in. You scan the ticket that appears in the app and listen to the audio guide with your own phone and headphones. The audio guide is interesting but somewhat disorganized; the route through the museum's galleries isn't clear, and many of the paintings mentioned aren't on display for various reasons. The audio isn't always up-to-date with what's actually on display. Many rooms don't even have assigned audio. The museum is beautiful, but if you're not an expert, you'll miss out on the experience.

Pessima esperienza. Farò reclamo per avere indietro i soldi.

Honestly, I was a victim of a scam. The QR code was not recognized by the ticket office. The audio guide did not work. Moreover, on the day of the visit, entry was free and I was scammed doubly here. I should have purchased a new ticket on a day with normal access. The help chat is in Russian and the phone is answered by an Indian call center only in English. Terrible experience. I will file a complaint to get my money back.

The WeGoTrip app is not available; the voucher sent indicates to download the WeGoTrip app both for the audio guide (included) and for the tickets. The app is not available on Google Play nor does the attached link work. So there is no guide, and luckily I caught a glimpse of an email from WeGoTrip (which ended up in spam) containing the tickets; otherwise, it would have been a big problem with those as well. Poor assistance, the bot does not provide useful information to improve.
