They took away the time allotted for the activity. Their itinerary states it's 7 hours and 15 minutes, but we only had 6 hours for the activity from pickup to drop-off. It really bothers me because I came all the way from Mexico and this was the activity I was most looking forward to; they took away our time for it.

Bad in the sense that we could not go on the excursion due to strong winds, the trip was canceled in the morning at 8:30 (the meeting was scheduled for 9:45). Good in that the provider contacted us both by email and by phone to inform us about the possibility of rescheduling two days after the excursion or receiving a full refund for the activity. We opted for the second option, we are waiting for the refund! Thank you anyway, they seemed very serious and helpful.

Me sentí, acompañada y protegida. El glaciar 3000 una maravilla. Vamos, para repetir. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity started 45' late. It ended at 3:00 p.m. when it ended at 5:00 p.m. because the guide skipped the stop at Les Diablerets. We were not given any explanation during the displacement of the region that we were going to visit and the activities that we would carry out during the day. In summary: the amount of the excursion was not in accordance with the day that we were promised.

Translate this opinion into English.

Activity was great, but the organising of it let me down. Mail I received with the pick up point was incorrect. It cost 140 francs to meet up with tour via taxi.
