Widely regarded as one of the art world's most influential museums, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) stands as a testament to the evolution of contemporary art. Located just south of Central Park, this avant-garde, six-floor building houses an extraordinary collection of over 200,000 works of art, including timeless classics like "The Starry Night" by Van Gogh, "Les Demoiselles d’Avignon" by Picasso, and Salvador Dalí's surreal masterpiece, "The Persistence of Memory."
Discover the world's most important modern art collection by visiting the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), one of New York City's most renowned cultural institutions. Marvel at iconic masterpieces such as Picasso's "Les Demoiselles d’Avignon" and Van Gogh's "The Starry Night," among a treasure trove of other artistic gems.
As you step into MoMA, embark on a captivating journey through the creative realms of sculpture, cinema, design, and photography, spanning the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries. MoMA appeals to all ages, showcasing remarkable artworks by luminaries such as Frida Kahlo and Jacob Lawrence, alongside other distinguished artists.
Given the museum's expansive size, we recommend focusing your visit on the fourth and fifth floors, where you'll encounter some of the most captivating paintings, including Andy Warhol's iconic "Campbell's Soup Cans" and Jackson Pollock's mesmerizing "Number 31."
Make the most of your visit by skipping the lines at the Museum of Modern Art. Simply present your voucher at the entrance desk located on 11 West 53rd Street.
MoMA is open daily from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Fridays, it stays open until 8:30 pm. Please note that these hours are flexible and subject to change.
