Go behind the scenes of the most famous New York shows with this ticket to the Museum of Broadway. You'll discover backstage secrets and little-known histories of this must-see gem in the heart of the Big Apple.
Located in the world-famous Times Square, the Museum of Broadway is an interactive place where you can discover all the ins and outs, most important historical moments, and behind-the-scenes secrets of the shows that New York City has enjoyed for decades.
The Museum of Broadway has different spaces that showcase details about the theaters and the most important plays and musicals that have passed through the Big Apple. For example, in the map room, you'll be able to see how the city's theaters have migrated from the financial district to Union Square and Herald Square, finally landing in Times Square.
Also, with your ticket, you'll learn all about the history of Broadway, from its birth in the 18th century up to the present day. You'll see original premiere posters, librettos, and handwritten scores.
Not only that, but you'll also have the opportunity to actually visit the different theaters thanks to virtual reality experiences created by Broadway visual artists and designers. You'll be transported backstage and into exclusive areas of the theaters. It's a blast!
The Museum of Broadway is open every day of the year from 10 am to 8:30 pm.
