Translate this opinion into English.

We arrived late due to a previously booked tour with Civitatis that had already started late. Upon arriving at the Summit, we were charged a supplement of 20 dollars per person. Once inside, the viewpoint is spectacular and the views are stunning. However, it was extremely hot, so I recommend bringing sunglasses. The ball room was quite crowded, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience peacefully. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's fine, it's a newly constructed building and the night views are very good, but I think it's too much time in lines and unfortunately there is no maintenance service ensuring that the glass is clean, and sometimes the best views are spoiled by the smudges on the glass left by people touching the glass with their hands or faces. We had the opportunity to go to the Empire State Building and I think it's a better experience.

Translate this opinion into English.

The place is spectacular. It's a three-story observation deck with 360-degree views of New York City. Of all the observatories, it offers the best view of the Chrysler Building. I only have a couple of complaints: 1. Once you go up a floor, you can't go back down; 2. It gets too crowded. There's no control over the time you spend there, and it gets very busy, especially at sunset; 3. The photographers taking pictures for you to buy later leave much to be desired. Opinion translated.

Everything was perfect, very good. We arrived promptly at 8:30 and everything was fine. The staff was great, and access was convenient and easy, with freedom to move around inside the building. The best views of New York from a toilet—impressive, and I'm not kidding. A big thank you to the staff; Ms. Attenery was wonderful. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

One of the best family tours we've ever taken. The fact that it's in New York City, and that they tell you all about the events that shaped it into what it is today with such detail, warmth, and affection, is incredible. Thanks to Chris, he did a fantastic job; we left delighted and even got recommendations for restaurants and other suggested tours. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Although it was a very cloudy day, everything was perfectly visible and the sun wasn't a problem. Thank goodness we didn't cancel. I went a while ago on a clear day, but it's not a big deal if it's cloudy. Another great thing is that we were able to bring the baby stroller without any problems. You're allowed to bring the stroller the whole way. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was an excellent and exciting activity; moreover, our guide, Inani, despite only speaking English, kept in touch with me, even though I don't understand or speak English, but the translators were a great help. If all guides were like her, experiences in New York would be much more interesting. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was great, we enjoyed it, but I didn't know that photographers could take as many photos of us as we wanted and then charge us for them... they should explain that. It might be understood, but this custom isn't the case in all countries. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The viewpoint is very beautiful, although it's true that, despite going at 9 a.m. when it opened, it was quite crowded. I expected it to be a bit less busy first thing in the morning; I don't even want to think about what it's like during peak hours. In any case, it's a good experience. The balloons and mirrors are especially interesting for children; for adults, any other viewpoint with similar views offers a similar experience. For families, I think it adds something extra. Translate this opinion into English.

The views are incredible! There are 3 different floors, you have to start from the 1st because after that you can't go down to start again. Go 30 minutes before your selected time because there are a lot of people to get through and there are several filters to reach the top of the viewpoint. Honestly, it's the trendiest spot in NY at the moment. I think it's a bit overrated, it became famous because of its famous balloons! The photos turn out great. I recommend going very early.

The essence of the place is the building and the views, and that's undeniable. But we bought premium tickets that included a photo package, and to our surprise, the photos were taken in a way that completely blocked the view. Except for the ones taken by the robot, the rest looked like they were taken from my own window.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

We chose tickets for the first thing in the morning, and although there were people around, it didn't feel crowded, so we could take photos without worry. I highly recommend it, but try to go at times when there aren't many people; otherwise, you won't enjoy it as much. Opinion translated. Show original.
