A disaster... we didn't really have a guide, as they didn't explain anything at all. They just accompanied us on the train to Oxford and then walked around with us, not a single explanation.

Esperaremos tu libro Translate this opinion into English.

Alice, our guide, knows the city very well and took us to the most important places. Even though it rained half the day, we had a great time. It is important to understand that the guide speaks Spanish but is not a native, and the tour does not include everything that is normal. Oxford is for 3 days. I think it is also good for a tourist to try to adapt a little to the country where they are going and learn a minimum of the language and history to get the most out of it. Very well done, Alice!! We will wait for your book. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide knew a lot, but the command of Spanish was lacking, we hired a guide in Spanish, that's why we did the private tour paying a considerable sum. It cannot be that a tour is offered in Spanish without the guide mastering the language that he has to teach

Translate this opinion into English.

Our local team has guides who are fluent in the languages in which they lead the tours, even if it is not their mother tongue. Even so, we can always continue to improve. We take note of the comments for it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Gr

Good afternoon! Unfortunately the experience was very bad. We expected a guide to give us information, to answer all the questions we had about Oxford and that was not the case. He was very warm and friendly...but he knew absolutely nothing about the place. I try inside a pub to tell a story that didn't exist. We bought tickets to Christi University and went in alone since he told us that the audio guide was very good. I didn't know who we were, that we were 3 people. I ask for the money back. gr

The activity was horrible, we hired a tour to the University of Oxford and clearly in comments we put that we wanted everything focused on that and the Library. They sent us a native who couldn't speak 2 words in Spanish. He could not understand anything. We had to tell him to do it in English and understand what we could. He had no experience, he was not a guide. He told us everything about the city and didn't say anything about the university. When we got to the library, there were no more tickets, a scam.

I travelled with teenagers

Translate this opinion into English.

We have verified that the itinerary has been completed. Unfortunately, library tickets are not included in the tour and are subject to venue availability. It has been verified, in turn, that the guide does speak Spanish and English. We are sorry that the experience was not to your liking. Opinion translated. Show original.
