The activity itself is good, but I didn't understand why, with a ticket bought online, you have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to go back to a ticket office that checks the tickets again, even though the gondolas leave half empty?

I booked a gift on November 6 and we checked online and it wasn't flying today, November 9. We said we wouldn't go because the balloon isn't flying today either, plus the reservation has passed, so I no longer have the tickets.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very pleasant experience; wait not too long (+- 30 min), nice views. We have been lucky to be able to go up, the activity was canceled right after, due to winds. In fact, the climb was calm but the descent not so much, but in safety of course. I have lived it with enthusiasm, as part of the experience. Other people think not so much.... For me, it is a worthwhile activity. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had to wait 2 hours in a queue, it is true that they advise that it is better to go in the morning to avoid this. The problem is that in the Queue there were people with the ticket purchased and without them. As there was no entry time, we all had to wait in the same queue. The staff is very friendly and the activity is highly recommended, but the waiting lines must be done something. Opinion translated. Show original.

We bought the tour for the 14th and it was a national holiday, so the balloon was not going to fly. This was ridiculous because it was sold for that day and I couldn't go due to the holiday. I spent money on Uber to get there and it didn't work out. It was the only day I could go, since I didn't go, I want a refund.

Mal.

Bad. I'm writing to ask if we could fly in a balloon since it was windy, and I was told the company hadn't notified us. We traveled to the location, taking the time and money it takes, and upon arrival, we were told all flights had been suspended due to wind. After writing to request a refund, they haven't responded.

The gentlemen were very kind, we managed to get some time early in the morning, because in the afternoon it was always bad and very windy. What I thought was bad was that even though we were tied with a rope I thought we were going to go for a ride over the heights of the country so we could see the landscape, but we were in the air without moving from the spot and even though we moved around the balloon standing up it was not the same. From the Eiffel Tower we saw more things at higher altitudes.
