It was my third time visiting Pompeii, and it's always as exciting as the first time. To make it different, we decided to do it with virtual reality glasses, which added a highly recommended bonus. You go on a guided tour like a normal visit, and at certain points you put on the glasses and see the reconstructed sites along with an audio explanation, providing a more complete view. Our guide, Emilia, was exceptional—passionate in her explanations, attentive, and very approachable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for her! Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour was in English, and we're Spanish. Although the guide tried her best to translate some things, most of it was in English. The guide was very good, but they should have provided one who spoke Spanish.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour with Emilia was spectacular. She's clearly passionate about her work, and you get a perfect picture of what the city was like. I would do it again without hesitation. Opinion translated. Show original.

We booked the tour in Spanish, and the guide did her best, but there were more people who spoke English than Spanish. The guide gave explanations in both languages, so in the two-hour tour, she did what she could, but we missed explanations she would have had time to give if it had only been one language. The glasses thing wasn't a big deal, to be honest; we stopped at points that didn't correspond to the route.

Translate this opinion into English.

Without a doubt, an excellent choice for both children and adults. The guides were delightful, showing us all the most important sights of the city and giving us tips on other places we could visit on our own. We would definitely choose this guided tour again. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Thanks to our charming guide Chiara, the experience was wonderful, explaining things in detail and calmly, which is appreciated since it is much more enjoyable this way. He told us that this date is the best since there are almost no people and you can see, understand everything and take photos much calmer without so much hustle and bustle. They continue to make improvements since my boyfriend left 6 years ago and he was very changed but for the better. If we can we will repeat in a tmp. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

My partner and his 13-year-old son and I went, and it was really fun and interesting. It's not the most modern version of augmented reality, but it's still surprisingly usable and three-dimensional. The guide was very kind and even told us what to see after the self-guided tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad ️ Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent Sara was very friendly and attentive even though she had to speak several languages since the group was very diverse: Italians, Germans, English and Spanish. She told us several interesting facts that made the visit very pleasant despite the unbearable heat and she answered all our questions with a nice smile. 11/10 for Sara. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

It's probably not the best tour of Pompeii, but for my 8-year-old daughter it was ideal! 2 full hours in which you learn what the second most important city of the Empire was like after Rome. Don't hesitate to ask the guide, he knows more than he seems! Opinion translated. Show original.
