Get to know a different side of the Azores and explore a pineapple farm. Try a unique variety of wines made from the same tropical fruit in Ponta Delgada!
We'll meet at the Herdade do Ananas Hotel in Ponta Delgada. Within this dreamy hideaway in the Azores, we'll go to a pineapple farm for a compelling and unique wine-tasting experience!
Let's kick things off right with a tour of the grounds, brimming with the sweet tropical fruit we all love. Our accompanying expert will take us on an informative route through the expansive pineapple groves, offering valuable insight into the cultivation process. From seed to harvest, we'll learn all the secrets behind the freshest pineapples on the island.
Next up, the highlight of the tour: the pineapple wine tasting! Take a seat as we provide several wine varieties with freshly picked pineapples. As you savor abundant new flavors, we'll share riveting information about the intricate production process. Pineapple wine isn't exactly something you come across every day!
To further enhance your experience, we'll pair the wine and fresh pineapples with a plate of carefully curated cheese from the Azores. This way, the flavors come together to create the perfect pineapple wine-tasting experience!
Then, 1.5 hours later, we'll bring our adventure to an end.
You can book up to 6 hours in advance if there are any seats left. Book now and guarantee your spot.
