Two pieces of information that need updating by Civitatis: 1) The address for exchanging tickets for the boat tours and winery visit is no longer the one listed on the voucher; I went to the indicated address and the store no longer exists; 2) The winery has also been changed. The visit took place at Calem and not at Burmester as indicated.

It was a shame because it was raining, and we didn't think the boat trip was a good idea in that weather. We couldn't find the tourist bus stop, and when we asked around, they pointed us to one quite far from the center. We stood at the sign that said "Tour Bus, blue line," and after waiting for almost 45 minutes, when they told us it came every 20 minutes, it didn't come by, so we decided to go back by taxi. So, money wasted.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was great. I would only suggest improving the signage at the bus stops. But it was a wonderful experience in a beautiful city! Opinion translated. Show original.

No aconsejaría ésta excursión.

Of the three bus lines, only one is worthwhile. The boat trip isn't worth it. The winery is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this excursion.

It was a disaster because the cruise company wasn't operating, and we were misled by the tourist office where we were supposed to pick up our tickets. I also don't know if filing a complaint will get us a refund, because Civitatis isn't responding. We can no longer trust Civitatis.

Unfortunately, except for the bus, everything else was VERY BAD. The wineries had been CLOSED for a while and NO ONE notified us. We couldn't do the boat trip due to bad weather, but no one informed us of this either. Who should I contact to request a refund for the activities we missed?

I travelled with my partner

Translate this opinion into English.

After consulting with the supplier, we can confirm that the boat tour was cancelled due to bad weather and that we are currently visiting a different winery near the original one, which is temporarily closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue working to improve the service. A full refund has been issued. Opinion translated. Show original.
