Translate this opinion into English.

Thanks to our guide Francesco, who, even during peak season, kept to the schedule perfectly, allowing us to make the most of the day. The time allotted in both Amalfi and Positano was excellent. Our drivers Vicenco and Alexandro were also very good for the bus trip. An experience we would definitely repeat. Opinion translated. Show original.

Our guide Luciana was fantastic. She was so enthusiastic, but the tour itself wasn't good. (I'm only giving it an excellent rating because of her.) We only had 20 minutes on the Amalfi Coast. We literally spent more time at the bus stop than on the beach. It's a disgrace; it's expensive and not worth it.

Translate this opinion into English.

We regret that the pace of the visit did not meet expectations, and we are glad that despite this, the tour was enjoyed. Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour didn't have any activities, so it was pretty standard and nothing interesting to recommend. What I didn't like was that they stopped us twice at the same place to buy things, and the people there weren't very friendly. On one occasion, they overcharged me. I don't think that should be part of the tour; it's really bad.

The excursion was very good and the guide Francesco was excellent, but we lost half an hour of enjoyment in Amalfi because we didn't arrive on time to catch the boat due to a detour to pick up the second driver along the way. Although the delay was due to a possible accident, if we hadn't detoured to find the second driver we would have arrived on time. On another excursion with a similar route from a different company, both drivers left and returned from Rome.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guides do their best to keep the group together, but it's each participant's responsibility to keep up with the others and not get lost. Even so, we pass on your feedback to our local team to help us continue improving, including this aspect of our service. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's a tiring excursion. Keep in mind that you have to be in the town square at 6:45 am and we didn't get back to Rome until 10:30 pm. Luciana was a fantastic guide who was constantly speaking in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, explaining everything so that everything went perfectly, since you have to go all the way to Salerno and from there you catch the boat to Amalfi. She told us where to eat and was waiting for us at the boat's exit with her green flag—a 10 out of 10! Otherwise, it's a great way to see Amalfi and Positano in one day, and although it's exhausting, it's very worthwhile. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very interesting way to discover new places. Our guide, Luciana, was impeccable, always attentive to ensure everything went smoothly and to answer any questions or address any needs the travelers had. It's a long excursion, 15 hours if there are no traffic problems. The place is as beautiful as it is expensive because it's 100% touristy. The Limoncello experience was a bit cramped, but you leave happy. It's an excursion designed to give your legs a break after several days of walking around Rome. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The Amalfi Coast is beautiful. Amalgi and Positano are must-see places. It would have been nice to have more time in each place, but the trip is very long, and with all the stops, it takes between 15 and 16 hours. That's exhausting. Opinion translated. Show original.

From an organizational standpoint, it's fine, knowing it's a long day, and the service meets the agreed-upon terms. The underlying problem with this type of excursion, as well as similar ones (Cinque Terra), is that all the companies offer an excursion that is knowingly overexploited. As a result, there are so many people that it becomes disappointing to be constantly surrounded by a mass of people, with the boats, docks, small streets, and (expensive) cafes overcrowded. It's not a pleasant experience.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. It was a beautiful day, and halfway there, they told you that due to weather conditions, you couldn't do the planned boat tour. This was a lie! You don't get to see the places you buy tickets for, and they take you to Sorrento. After a four-and-a-half-hour bus ride, they drop you off there and tell you to return to the same parking lot four hours later. You have to do everything on your own, leaving you stranded, and then another four and a half hours to get back. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately, we can't properly evaluate the excursion because halfway through, the coordinator informed us that it wouldn't be possible to go to Positano and do the boat trips due to rough seas. Instead, they took us to Sorrento, where instead of a limoncello experience, they simply gave us a mini shot, without any explanation whatsoever. The company's management and communication regarding the change of activity were poor. We paid for a 9-hour bus ride and 4 hours in Sorrento.

Translate this opinion into English.

We regret that the itinerary change affected your experience. In this activity, when weather conditions prevent sailing for safety reasons, it is scheduled to be replaced with a visit to Sorrento, as outlined in the tour conditions. We are sorry that the alternative and the tasting experience did not meet your expectations. However, the service was provided according to the alternative plan for these circumstances. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us review how we can improve communication in these types of situations. Opinion translated. Show original.
