The visit is well worth it; the area is beautiful, and when someone takes you there and tells you about it, you experience it in a completely different way. Our guide, Astrid, was fantastic. She told us so much, from history to current anecdotes, engaging the whole group. Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

Carolina gave us great information about food, and I especially loved what she told us about the Jewish Quarter. It was heartbreaking just imagining what they must have gone through! The Santa Maria del Trastevere church was so inviting; you just wanted to linger a while. It's beautiful... the two hours flew by... the walk through these neighborhoods, away from the hustle and bustle, was lovely! Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide was excellent. However, the logistics proved a bit complicated because we were too large a group. Given that this is an activity that is booked and paid for in advance, it would have been wise to consider the number of participants and divide us into at least two groups.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide, Carolina, gave us a very comprehensive and entertaining tour, full of information and always ready to answer our questions. What we didn't understand was the number of people on the tour, which made it practically impossible to walk without blocking the neighborhood streets. There were more than 50 of us on a tour with only one guide; we'd never experienced anything like it before. Opinion translated. Show original.

I liked that it was clear he knew his stuff and he shared interesting information with us. I think his tone and attitude could be improved because it got a bit monotonous. In my opinion, everything related to food, how to cook pasta, etc., was unnecessary, and there should have been more anecdotes or entertaining stories about the historical aspect (a little more research would have been helpful). I really appreciated the recommendations on how to choose a good restaurant.

Translate this opinion into English.

The visit was very interesting. Our guide, Carolina, explained how the Trastevere neighborhood was formed from its origins, through its different stages to the present day, what its inhabitants did for a living, and its geographical boundaries. She showed us the best restaurants in the neighborhood and gave us some tips on what to consider when choosing where to eat. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The success of this visit was entirely thanks to our guide, Carolina. We were a huge group, and yet the tour went perfectly, without a single hitch. All the information she shared (and there was a lot of it) was incredibly interesting. This tour was definitely worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Astrid was a fantastic guide. She made the tour very enjoyable and engaging. Everything she explained was interesting. She was attentive to the whole group. She was very careful with breaks and made sure we weren't bothered by the sun or the traffic. I would only change one thing about the tour, and it's not about the guide or the content, but about the direction of the itinerary. I would start in the Jewish Quarter and end in Trastevere. Otherwise, it was great. Opinion translated. Show original.

Enjoyed this activity today, the 15th, at 5 pm. This is why I've always traveled with Civitatis for years: if the guide is a 10/10 in knowledge and explanations, and you want them to keep telling you things, Civitatis becomes indispensable to me. Thank you for everything and thank you to our guide. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

10/10 Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was incredible and I highly recommend it, at least if you get the same guide as me. Astrid is a fantastic speaker, and even though it was a "free" topic, I think keeping everyone interested for two hours is a testament to her professional skill. Of the five tours I've taken with Civitatis, this is the only one where people applauded the guide. I found it a very interesting approach to Rome, and thanks to Astrid's fantastic storytelling, we learned a ton of facts. 10/10 Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

An absolutely recommended tour. Astrid is a fantastic guide; she loves history and art and communicates masterfully. Her explanations are engaging, educational, and demonstrate exquisite knowledge. She's friendly, always willing to answer questions, and very pleasant. We had a torrential downpour during the tour, and she managed the time and route perfectly so we could stay under cover. Without a doubt: A perfect 10! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Muy recomendable la experiencia Translate this opinion into English.

We took the tour with Astrid, a friendly maritime guide who added touches of humor and made the free tour more enjoyable. We went in July during a heatwave, and despite that, she always kept an eye on the group. Everything was very well documented, and it's clear she loves her job. Highly recommended! Divertida , amable y atenta . Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

Sara was a great guide; she gave us excellent explanations during the tour and some very good recommendations. The tour is great value for money, especially considering its duration. However, this is one of the few tours that, despite being recommended by all tourists, I felt was almost irrelevant and could have been skipped. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente!!! Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent! The guide explained Trastevere with expertise, having been born there. She explained the history exactly as it's written and shared the urban history of Trastevere's residents. In the Jewish Quarter, the history was easy to understand, detailing what was experienced, how it was lived, and what was achieved. Opinion translated. Show original.

We did the tour today and the guide was fantastic! She made the tour enjoyable and well-explained, which isn't easy with it being almost 40 degrees Celsius in Rome today. She also kept us hydrated throughout the tour by stopping at every fountain we came across. The only downside was the headset, which was uncomfortable. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.
