Discover the crystal-clear waters and ruggedly beautiful landscapes of Almería on this kayak and snorkel tour in Cabo de Gata from San José.
At the selected time, we'll meet at San José Beach, ready for a brief lesson on how to safely paddle the kayaks that we'll use during our tour of Cabo de Gata. You'll have time to practice on the beach so you're ready for the activity.
After our class, we'll put theory into practice and start our kayak tour in Cabo de Gata! We'll start paddling east to discover the beautiful villages and cliffs of Cabo de Gata from this new perspective. The scenery will leave you speechless!
Halfway, and if the sea conditions allow it, we'll stop paddling to jump into the water and practice snorkeling. This is the perfect opportunity to explore the rich seabed of the area. Next, we'll continue our route until we reach Tomate Cove, where we'll enjoy the volcanic landscapes of Punta de Los Frailes.
After this stop, we'll start our way back to the meeting point, ending the activity.
If conditions are favorable, this activity will begin at San José Beach. However, if the weather is bad, we'll start the tour at another suitable nearby location, such as La Fabriquilla Beach or Cala del Cuervo in Las Negras. In these exceptional cases, we'll notify you the day before.
We’ll take photos during the kayaking tour. At the end of the tour, we’ll provide you with a link where, two weeks after the tour, you can download the photos yourselves for free. You’ll have a lasting memory of this special day!
