Experiencia nefasta.

The guide we had was disrespectful to us in front of the rest of the group. The tour is only in English and practically no time is dedicated to Spanish speakers. Furthermore, the visit was rushed because the guide seemed to be in a hurry to finish; he didn't allow time for bathroom breaks or drinks. Instead of dropping us off at our lunch spot, he left us in the middle of a road in Luquillo. A terrible experience.

Our guide, Rafael, was a very good guide throughout the entire trip. The route itself is a short walk along a path in a picnic area, not a trail deep into the forest. You can see the waterfall from the bus, and the panoramic view can be seen from the observation tower during a brief stop. Then, there's a one-hour stop at a river under a bridge to swim if you want, and two hours to eat at the beach bars on Luquillo before returning. The tour is a 7-hour tour, and it's very different from the description. Opinion translated. Show original.

We went with Luis, and the excursion was wonderful. He took us through beautiful areas and also showed us several natural slides and waterfalls so we could always enjoy ourselves safely. He also showed us a lot about the different plants and areas there. This is a highly recommended activity. The forest is a very beautiful place. Opinion translated. Show original.

First, we were notified two days before that the scheduled day couldn't take place, and that it had to be the next day or the day after that, as we already had another activity. We adapted and went the following day. They didn't pick us up from our hotel as initially stated. And in the activity description, it literally stated that we would enjoy a delicious Puerto Rican lunch in Luquillo, from which my travel agent and I deduced that it was included in the price, which it wasn't.

Translate this opinion into English.

As we indicated in our email, lunch is not included, just as indicated in the activity description. We apologize if it couldn't be accommodated. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity isn't what they promise. The visit to El Yunque was less than a 10-minute walk. They don't take you to any waterfalls to swim; they take you to a river area where the water is very rough and dirty. Luquillo Beach is a disappointment; there are pebbly areas and no depth, so you can't swim or enjoy the swim. For me, it was disappointing.

Too many buses for a 5-minute walk in the woods. Absolutely not recommended.

No cumplió mis expectativas.

It didn't meet my expectations. The hike was very short, we didn't see any waterfalls, and ultimately, there was little time on the beach. However, the guide was very friendly and attentive.
