The service from the young woman at the office on Arfe Street, 3 (Old Town, Seville) was excellent: very kind and attentive. However, I find it regrettable that it's necessary to go to the office to have the QR code printed and that the QR code you send by email isn't sufficient. This caused my visit to be delayed by half an hour. Luckily, I was still allowed access from the Alcázar Gardens, but I believe this process should be improved.

Hola!

Hello! We couldn't get in because the Naturada agency forgot to make the ticket reservation, and we couldn't go on the tour. We went to pick up the tickets from the agency at Arfe Street, number 3, but instead of giving us the entry tickets, the agent who helped us called the police because he was annoyed by our insistence on receiving the tickets, which we had already paid for. Anyway, we don't want anyone else to have the same experience and have their vacation ruined by scammers and rude people.

Upon arriving at the ticket booth to pick up my tickets, the person didn't know how to provide me with Wi-Fi to download the app. Some audio titles didn't match the venue reviews, and the audio clips were short with little information or detail. I purchased tickets for 12:00 at the store, but the ticket's time was 12:30.

The price was exorbitant, double what the ticket cost on the official website. I wasn't told the exact location for collecting the tickets, and that they were physical paper tickets, until the day we went in. When we went to collect them, they told us our tickets had been delayed by half an hour, without any prior notice in any email, excusing themselves by saying that this often happens when there's overbooking.

Horrible experiencia.

Horrible experience. The Alcazar is 100% recommended, but we couldn't see everything because they gave us a ticket for later than our reservation. We made plans according to our booking, and when we tried to enter, we saw that our ticket was for a later time. We had to waste time waiting, and on top of that, we couldn't see the entire Alcazar because it closed, and because we entered later, we had less time. I don't recommend buying this product.

Translate this opinion into English.

This ticket guarantees entry on your desired date and time, allowing you to skip the line at the ticket office when it's crowded. However, it does not exempt you from going through mandatory security checks. We apologize if the high volume of visitors caused a long wait. Opinion translated. Show original.
