The Spanish guide didn't show up, and they wouldn't let us choose between a buggy or a quad bike as the description stated. Dinner wasn't a buffet, we never saw the telescope, and they tried to charge us 2 euros for water when it was supposed to be free. My experience was not good.

The scheduled time for us to be picked up at the hotel was not respected (50 minutes late) and we arrived late to the activity in the desert, missing a good part and having to rush to catch up with the others. Overall, it was a frantic experience, we saw the stars in three seconds, they made us sit in the tent to drink tea and as soon as we received it, they told us to get up... in short, not the best.

Visita al poblado beduino tb bien RECOMENDABLE Translate this opinion into English.

Very good, the sunset with the spectacular quads. Dinner very well with a barbecue and the show very entertaining. We couldn't get on the camels or use the telescope because it's every other day. We complained and the next day at the Blue Hole they changed the rest for one above the sea where we ate very well. Visit to the Bedouin village also highly RECOMMENDED Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Good experience overall. We didn't arrive in time to see the sunset. The quads were fun. Then they offer paid drinks. There are also many photographers offering their services. The show was okay, and the dinner was plentiful. No dessert. We had to ask about seeing the stars with a telescope because they weren't going to take us. After the complaint, we went on quads during the show, and it was worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's average. A single-carriage route without too many problems. It seems like chaos. A multitude of vehicles moving in various directions, enveloped in a cloud of dust. There's little information or control at the camel stop. It's Egypt.

The guide did not accompany us into the desert but only to the meeting point. At the end of the excursion at the meeting point, we found our guide to whom I expressed my disappointment; despite there being a spot on our buggy, he abandoned us even for the return trip to the hotel, so we will request a refund for the excursion and the cancellation of the excursion already scheduled for Thursday.

The activity is a scam, there is no guide in Spanish, the quad ride doesn't even last 20 minutes, they take you to an area and have you stand for 15 minutes while they take photos of you and then try to sell them to you, the show is two dances, in two hours, dinner included a measly 33cl bottle of water and then they had us waiting for an hour because there were not enough transfers for everyone. Not only is it a waste of money, but even worse, time.
