Information was unclear, there were no stops, the driver spoke Spanish, but headphones weren't necessary because there were no announcements. It was cheaper to buy the ticket there, as Civitatis doesn't apply the current prices, keeping the old ones.

Translate this opinion into English.

Horriblemente mal.

Horridly bad. It's not a tourist bus, it's a city bus, where they don't give you headphones, there's no audio guide or anything like it. You're lucky if you get a seat, but normally you have to stand. The driver, besides driving at an inappropriate speed, was constantly on his mobile phone. On top of that, the prices haven't been updated; if you buy the ticket at the station it's €3 cheaper. The staff's service when directing you to the stops is appalling and unpleasant.

I booked the tour thinking it would be a red bus, as shown in the photo and implied in the description (they give you headphones, you can get on and off as many times as you want, etc.). It was a regular bus, of course without a guide or headphones to explain anything, that took you to Pena Palace.

I travelled with small children

Translate this opinion into English.

We're sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. We've reviewed the activity and there's no image of a red bus, nor is it indicated that the service is a tour bus of that type. The activity matches the service described in the booking information. In any case, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Esa tarde hubo ciclismo y no había transporte.

It didn't happen, and I'm waiting for the refund. There was cycling that afternoon, but no transport. Nobody could tell me anything more; the contact number was no longer available. Now I'm waiting to hear from Civatitis in a few days.

It's advertised as a tourist bus tour with a Spanish-speaking guide and its own routes… The reality is that it's a regular bus service, with no tourist explanations, and you can even buy a cheaper ticket than on Civitatis. The whole thing is a complete scam. The bus is always packed, the traffic is horrendous, and the driver just announces the stops into a microphone that's barely understandable.

The activity described on the website and in the app is inaccurate. It's not a tourist bus tour, it doesn't have an audio guide in Spanish, and they don't provide headphones. It's a 24-hour ticket for a city bus, which, by the way, you can buy cheaper on the bus itself. Most of the stops are far from the places you're supposed to visit.

This is terrible. It's a regular bus that picks you up at the train station and takes you to the palace. The drivers are rude and don't explain anything; they only speak Portuguese or English. They don't even provide headphones. We brought our own, and there aren't any on the buses where you can plug them in, which is recommended.

It's so bad I'm going to report it. The tour I paid for doesn't exist. There are only the usual transport lines (orange and green) with no audio guide or anything like that, and they charge €10. I paid €3.50 per person for a product that doesn't exist. They advertise it for €13.50 per person. A SCAM.

Due to a bus accident or breakdown on the one-way road leading up to Castillo dos Mouros and Castillo da Pena, a couple of police officers informed us that bus traffic was prohibited until the vehicle could be removed. Therefore, we had to make the journey on foot... A long and arduous walk (45 minutes). However, the surroundings were beautiful... But I was forced to forgo the service I had booked. Extra fatigue on top of all the walking I do.

I travelled with my partner

Translate this opinion into English.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the vehicle incident on the road, which prevented you from enjoying the service as you had hoped. We understand that the walking tour was longer and more tiring than anticipated. We want to confirm that your refund has been processed, and we look forward to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable experience in the future. Opinion translated. Show original.

The bus is like a coach, but it doesn't stop at all the stops indicated on the map... Unfortunately, there are no timetables at the stops, so you'll just have to stand there and wait for one to pass by.

I travelled with my partner

The activity they're selling us is a tourist bus tour, with a Spanish-speaking guide or headphones (they advise us to bring our own for sustainability reasons). But it's really just a regular bus with only about 30 seats and 50 standing room. The drivers, naturally, speak to you in Portuguese. On the plus side, you can hop on and off as many times as you like.

Lo venden como un autobús hoy On hoy off con explicaciones en español pero simplemente te llevan de un lado a otro

They sell it as a one-way bus with explanations in Spanish, but it simply takes you from one place to another.
