At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Tours Tourist Office to start a tour of 2 of the most beautiful châteaux in the Loire Valley: Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau!
First, we'll head to the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, which stands on an island in the Indre River. Upon arrival, we'll enjoy the beauty of its exterior architecture, and then enter the castle to explore its beautifully furnished rooms. It'll be fascinating!
After discovering Azay-le-Rideau, we'll go to the second château of the day. This is the Château de Villandry, another of the great jewels of the French Renaissance. Upon our arrival, we'll stroll through its elegant gardens, learn about its history, and enjoy unbeatable views of the Loire Valley from its viewpoints.
Finally, we'll return to the starting point in Tours, where we'll end the tour after 4 hours of sightseeing.
