Translate this opinion into English.

This excursion is highly recommended as a break from the hustle and bustle of Venice and a chance to explore these two islands. The demonstrations could have been a bit longer and more enriching. Our guide was Hilaria, a friendly Venetian woman with almost perfect Spanish. She did a fantastic job! Opinion translated. Show original.

The boat and the guide were great. In Murano, the stop to see the glass factory and have a drink was very nice, and Burano is beautiful; it's worth seeing. It's like a small, colorful Venice. Given the time you have, it's worth wandering around and having a drink. Opinion translated. Show original.

Hermosa excursion! Translate this opinion into English.

Beautiful excursion! Irene explained everything very well and clearly! I went with my 8-month-old daughter and she was incredibly patient with us. They are two gorgeous islands. It's true that there isn't enough time to do much, especially on Burano where you have to choose between eating or exploring the island, but for those of us who only have a few days in Venice, it's very useful because you can make the most of the afternoon. We loved it! Opinion translated. Show original.

We spent very little time in Murano and didn't see anything other than the glass demonstration, so it can't really be considered a visit to the island. In Burano, we spent a bit more time and since it is a small place, we were able to see quite a lot during our visit.

Fantastic, everything was great. And the guide was even better. He kept explaining things. The demonstrations were fantastic. There was some free time in Murano and a good amount of free time in Burano. 100% recommended. If I had to find a fault, which didn't bother me, it would be that he arrived back in Venice 30 minutes later than scheduled. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was fantastic. Emma made the tour very enjoyable. She explained very specific details about the history of Venice. We went to Murano where we saw how glass figures were made, and to Burano where we tasted a typical local sponge cake and saw lacemaking. She recommended places to eat and helped us with all the questions we had about Venice. Opinion translated. Show original.

Visitamos primero Murano.

We visited Murano first. There you visit a glass factory and see how they blow the glass. It's interesting, but afterward you only have about 15 minutes to see Murano itself (meaning you can't see anything). Burano is beautiful. You have about 2 hours there (visit + lunch). If you want to go to the third island, the time is reduced even more. I think it's better to visit it at a leisurely pace on your own. The guide was very pleasant.

Pros: The boat is a good size and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Cons: The visit to Murano is too short; you only go to the glass workshop and leave. It's a bit difficult to find the meeting point because there's no sign, and you have to ask around.

Finding the starting point was easy. The guide was very attentive, provided good information, and was very well narrated; however, everything felt a bit rushed as she had to give the information in both English and Spanish. The visit to Murano was disappointing; inside the factory, the explanation wasn't in Spanish, so the demonstration was... Then the self-guided tour only lasted 20 minutes. The visit to Burano was very good!

The tour was just okay. There were three of us adults, and we had booked and paid for a trip that included Torcello. Upon arriving in Burano, we were told that if we wanted to go to Torcello, we could only spend 45 minutes in Burano and then, including the round trip to Torcello, we could only stay there for 20 minutes (they said it took 10 minutes to get to the town center). All the tour guides were telling the same thing to the passengers, so several of us decided not to go since we wanted to see Burano. We felt like we paid extra for nothing, and we were upset.

Translate this opinion into English.

We visited the islands; it was a wonderful activity. The only thing I would improve is that there should be a Civitatis sign so we don't have to search for the meeting point. I say this because there are other companies offering the same tours. Our guide, Sara, was very well-prepared, fun, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about the history of Venice. Her Spanish is perfect. Opinion translated. Show original.

Escaso tiempo.

Insufficient time. Not the time agreed upon in the Torcello extension. The excursion departed 40 minutes late due to our own disorganization, which directly impacted the available time. The service was not up to the usual standard of quality offered by Civitatis.

Excursión totalmente recomendable Translate this opinion into English.

Very comprehensive. In Murano, you visit a glass workshop and they give you a demonstration. There isn't much time for anything else. And the island of Burano is very charming. They take you to a sweet shop where they offer delicious cookies free of charge. Along the way, our guide gave us a lot of useful information and was very friendly. You can tell he enjoys it. Highly recommended excursion. Opinion translated. Show original.

Totalmente recomendable Translate this opinion into English.

Burano is a beautiful island that's well worth a visit. Murano is nice in that you can see the glassblowing demonstration and browse the shops, but the island itself doesn't have much else to offer. As for our guide, Emma is fantastic. We were traveling with someone with reduced mobility, and she was incredibly helpful, making the excursion as easy as possible. Her explanations were engaging and interesting. Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

Estuvo bien. Muy desorganizada al principio . Luego mejor.

It was okay. Very disorganized at the beginning. It got better later. I thought the visit to the glassblowing factory was very poor, and the lace-making tour was even poorer. I also think leaving tourists waiting in Burano while a group went to Torchello isn't good.

Translate this opinion into English.

It's true that our Venetian-born guide was very attentive. She told us a lot, as a native of the area. Burano, with its charming details, is beautiful and looks like a movie set. In Murano, we barely spent any time except at the factory for the demonstration. But the worst part was that we were in one boat with far too many people, resulting in unbearable heat and discomfort, and zero views or photos from the boat. If I were to return, I would go on my own.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide was very helpful and did a great job, and everything was on time. Areas for improvement: in Murano, we only visited the glass factory because there wasn't enough time to see the island; in Burano, a very beautiful island and highly recommended, we didn't have enough time to explore it, have a leisurely lunch or drink. It's an excursion that requires more time to fully enjoy. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very interesting. Giulia (I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled) made the trip very enjoyable, explaining the geography and history of Venice and its lagoon. The glass workshop amazed me; the master craftsman made us a couple of beautiful figures in no time. Buena actividad. Translate this opinion into English.

Great activity. The Murano glass master made vases with amazing ease in his demonstration at his factory. Afterwards, we took a boat to Burano. A beautiful island with colorful houses where we ate typical pastries and saw the thread embroidery sewn by the grandmothers. Overall, a very good activity. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that finding the boat's dock was a bit tricky. Opinion translated. Show original.
