Translate this opinion into English.

The tour went very well. The guide took great care of us, moving us around and stopping in shady areas. It was clear he was passionate about history and knew Washington's history very well, and he even shared some very interesting anecdotes. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We've done three tours in New York and Washington, and today's guide surpassed them all. Excellent! Lots of information, great explanations, anecdotes... You can tell he's read a lot about history and prepared the tour thoroughly. We even gave him more money than we had planned! Well done, Javier! Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour with Xavier was very enjoyable, and he led the group at a good pace (neither too fast nor too slow). His explanations at each stop were interesting and clear; it's obvious the guide has studied and is passionate about the subject. Xavier was also very kind to take photos of us at the stops. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Muchas gracias a Javier! Translate this opinion into English.

I participated with a family from the Netherlands (4 people). The guide was experienced and had a lot (really a lot!) of information about the city and its monuments, shared sightseeing tips, and offered to take photos. The activity lasted just over 2 hours and was relaxed. Bring water. Most of the public water fountains were not working. Opinion translated. Show original.

Joa made our tour absolutely lovely in a sunny but windy day. Really warm and friendly genui passionate about what she does. Nothing better than exploring a city with a local, and Joa brought its history to life in such an engaging and personal way. She shared facts; she told stories, gave thoughtful insights, and pointed us toward fantastic local caffee.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very enjoyable tour where you learn some aspects of the city's and country's history in a good way. The only drawback was that there were so many of us, and sometimes the guide had to wait for everyone to arrive because some were falling behind. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was normal, neither cold nor hot, nothing more. What I didn't like were the bad manners, the lack of education, the arrogance and cockiness of the guide, or supposed guide. His name is. Xavier Tayupanta For us, he was rude. I have done many free tours of all kinds, in many countries around the world. And what cannot be is that a guide forces you to give him money, under the threat of calling the police if we didn't. In a few words, the closest thing to the Sicilian mafia. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Javier was a great guide and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, you cancelled my tour twice, and two more times that were paid for. Luckily, the tour operator contacted me and I was able to go. Civitatis's handling of the whole thing was very disorganized. Opinion translated. Show original.

We arrived on the scheduled day and time, but the guide decided to cancel at the last minute due to a lack of people. A prior message would have been helpful. We understand that it was raining heavily, but they could have notified us beforehand so we wouldn't have wasted time going to the location.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. Nowhere in the listing does it say it's a paid activity. Of course, you can tip someone for their work, but this guide was very hostile and forced me to pay $15. On top of that, he said that not paying for a service could land you in jail. He has no experience in customer service. He's not qualified to do this job. Please don't hire him.
