At 11 am, we'll meet at the Ferrol Tourist Office or outside your hotel, whichever you prefer. Ready to discover all the charms of this Galician town?
As this is a private tour, you'll be the one to decide the direction of the route. We'll visit the areas and buildings of Ferrol that most catch your attention, revealing all kinds of curiosities along the way.
Want to explore a neighborhood declared a Historic-Artistic Site? The Magdalena neighborhood stands out for its modernist buildings designed by the famous architect Rodolfo Ucha during the 20th century. Check out iconic buildings of the arts, such as the Jofre Theater or large mansions like Casa Antón.
During the visit, we can also admire the exterior of the Ferrol Co-Cathedral, a neoclassical temple dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Nearby is the market, an ideal place to discover the exquisite flavors of the local products. Want to know where to get the best Galician empanada in Ferrol? During the tour, we'll reveal where to find this tasty must-try dish!
Of course, we'll have plenty of time to talk about the military history linked to this town. As we check out the sculptures and obelisks in the Herrera Gardens and Plaza de Galicia, we'll journey back in time to learn all the details of the creation of the military arsenal of Ferrol - a fascinating story!
The private tour will conclude at 1 pm at any central point of your choice.
