Visit one of the most fascinating natural areas in the heart of the Swiss Alps with our Grindelwald Glacier Canyon Ticket. Freezing waters, high stone walls and a net suspended in the middle of the gorge await.
Located just 5 minutes from the city centre, the Grindelwald Glacier Canyon offers a truly spectacular experience to all who visit. You'll explore a narrow gorge with walls looming almost 1,000 feet (300 metres) high that have been created and shaped by Mother Nature for over 250 million years.
During your visit, you'll discover how this breathtaking place in the Swiss Alps was formed. Look out for the numerous information panels and mineral exhibits that will explain how a flood, a glaciation process and the consequences of climate change have been the key players.
You'll stroll through rocky galleries, feel the gelid air that courses through the canyon and test your nerve on the jaw-dropping net that hangs over the Lütschine River.
