Spend a day surrounded by gorillas, lions, reptiles, butterflies and penguins at the London Zoo and learn about each species. A great family experience!
London Zoo is an ideal space in which to enjoy a full day with your family and friends. Located in the lush Regent's Park and surrounded by beautiful gardens and heritage-listed buildings, ZSL London Zoo is a fantastic spot in the heart of the capital that almost 15,000 animals call home.
Its most acclaimed experience, Land of the Lions, gives visitors the opportunity to get up close to the mighty Asiatic lions by exploring the walkways covering the 2,500 square metres of exhibition space.
You can also come face-to-face with one of nature's most formidable predators in Tiger Territory. You'll learn all about the behaviour of Sumatran tigers and the conservation issues these creatures encounter in the wild.
In addition, you can head to the beach to see the colony of Humboldt penguins. These animals spend their days diving, swimming, frolicking and feeding in England's largest swimming pool. You'll also want to observe the elegant and graceful giraffes before paying a visit to Gorilla Kingdom's magnificent residents.
Lemurs, gorillas, owls and colourful butterflies are just some of the species that await at the ZSL London Zoo. What are you waiting for?
